The Toulouse Regional Conservatory is a conservatoire à rayonnement régional located in Toulouse, Haute-Garonne, France. It is an établissement d'enseignement artistique agréé et contrôlé par l'État, under the control of the Direction générale de la Création artistique of the Ministry of Culture and Communication and represented by the regional cultural affairs office (DRAC). The institution offers three specialties: music, dance, and drama.
Historically, it was founded as the Toulouse music school and became a branch of the Paris Conservatory in 1840. From 1866 to 1993, it was located on rue Labéda. In 1993, it moved to the former Larrey hospital, where it is still housed. The former Larrey hospital is a registered historic monument, giving the conservatory an important setting within Toulouse’s architectural and cultural heritage.
