Dalí Paris is a museum exhibition in France devoted to Salvador Dalí and located near the Place du Tertre in the Montmartre district of Paris. Inaugurated in 1991, it presents around 300 original artworks, with a focus on sculptures and engravings. The exhibition mainly features three-dimensional sculptures inspired by Salvador Dalí’s best known surrealist paintings and is part of the Dalí Universe collection, curated by Italian gallerist and collector Beniamino Levi. Among the works presented are Space Elephant and Alice in Wonderland, as well as themes such as Moses and monotheism, Memories of Surrealism, and Don Quixote. Music plays in the background, and creative workshops are offered for children. Nearby are the Galerie Dalí, which shows selected works by Salvador Dalí, and the Galerie Montmartre, which exhibits contemporary artists. The museum is open every day from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Daled Paris in Montmartre

Daled Paris is a museum exhibition in France devoted to Salvador Daled. It is located near the Place du Tertre in the Montmartre district of Paris and was inaugurated in 1991. The exhibition contains around 300 original artworks and is made up mainly of sculptures and engravings. Its displayed collection is part of the Daled Universe collection, curated by Italian gallerist and collector Beniamino Levi.

The exhibition focuses especially on three-dimensional sculptures inspired by Salvador Daled's best known surrealistic paintings. Among the works and themes presented are Space Elephant, Alice in Wonderland, Moses and monotheism, Memories of Surrealism, and Don Quixote. Daled Paris is open every day from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Two art galleries are adjacent to it: the Galerie Daled, which presents a selection of Salvador Daled's works including sculptures, engravings, and lithographs, and the Galerie Montmartre, which shows the works of several contemporary artists.

Temporary exhibitions at Espace Dal

Espace Dal presents a new temporary exhibition each year, making temporary programming an important part of its public offer. In 2008, the venue presented Dal et la Mode, followed by Dal - Hologrammes et jeux d'optique in 2008/2009. From April 10 to June 24, 2009, Dal a l'OEuvre displayed more than 100 photographs taken in 1950 by Robert Descharnes, with the photographs selected by Nicolas Descharnes. Later in 2009/2010, Dal d'Or et Bijoux de Gala focused on a collection of jewels and gold items designed by Salvador Dal in the 1960s. From February 10 to May 10, 2012, Sign Dal, la collection Sabater brought together a hundred dedications composed of oils, watercolors, sketches, drawings, furniture models, and photographs. In 2014, Dal fait le mur, 22 artistes street art s'invitent chez Dal showcased works by about twenty urban artists. The 2015 exhibition Daum, Variations d'Artistes included artists such as Arman, Ben, Cesar, Paella Chimicos, Louis Derbr, Etienne, Carlos Mata, Hilton McConnico, Jrome Mesnager, Alain Schas, Richard Texier, and Salvador Dal, and presented the partnership between Daum and Salvador Dal involving crystal artwork.
