Maison Millière is a half-timbered house in Gothic style located at 10 rue de la Chouette in Dijon, Côte-d'Or. According to its history, it was built in 1483 by merchant Guillaume Millière and Guillemette Durand. The building stands near the chevet of Notre-Dame church and not far from the Palace of the Dukes of Burgundy. Hôtel de Vogüé was later built next to it. Maison Millière has been classified as a historic monument since 1943. Restored in 1998, it was converted that same year into a shop for artisanal objects and local products, as well as a tearoom and Burgundian cuisine restaurant. The establishment was managed by Lydia and Jean-François Lieutet.
