Hôtel Maës is a private mansion built in 1827 on place Général-Mellinet, between boulevard Allard and rue Richer, in the Dervallières-Zola district of Nantes, France. The building was constructed by Allard before passing to Pierre-Joseph Maës, then again to Allard and their descendants. Its later history includes use as the residence of Albert Lespinette between 1886 and 1901. In 1902, the property was acquired by soap and perfume maker Alexis Biette, and in 1931 it was resold by Maxime Biette to the Lefèvre-Utile family. Hôtel Maës was registered as a historical monument in 2011. As a private mansion with a documented sequence of owners, it forms part of the urban and historical fabric of Nantes.

History of the Hotel Maes
Hotel Maes was built by Allard before being taken over by Pierre-Joseph Maes, and later returned to Allard and their descendants. It was the residence of Albert Lespinette from 1886 to 1901. In 1902, it was acquired by the soap and perfume maker Alexis Biette. The building was later resold by Maxime Biette to the Lefevre-Utile family in 1931. It was also registered as a historic monument by decree.
