Shangri-La Tulips
Shangri-La Tulips is a public sculpture by Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama on the esplanade François-Mitterrand in Lille, Nord, France. Seven meters tall and made of reinforced concrete, it represents a bouquet of colorful flowers.
