Equestrian statue of Louis XIV
The equestrian statue of Louis XIV is a bronze monument at the center of Place des Victoires in Paris, on the border of the 1st and 2nd arrondissements. Inaugurated in 1818, it stands on a pedestal designed by Jean-Antoine Alavoine.
